Propose Changes
Besides the team of technical writers who have full write access to the documentation repositories, there may be other collaborators (e.g. subject matter experts) who have read access to the repository and sometimes want to propose changes.
In both flows below, the expert starts from an Edit Online link in the published output, and a technical writer reviews the change before it reaches the documentation:
- Propose Changes with Oxygen Content Fusion: the expert's change becomes a review task in Content Fusion.
- Propose Changes with Oxygen XML Web Author: the expert's change becomes a pull request on your Git host.
